The General Manager will play the key role in the operation of our Gas Station. The General Manager has the overall responsibility for:

Directing the daily operations of a Gas Station
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
Other duties as required or assigned

Applicants preferred to have working experience and background in similar industry however not required.
You must be capable to take on high volumes of customers while attending to other daily tasks that can include lifting up to 25 lbs, preparing hot food, cleaning, stocking, and all the while being friendly.
Applicants with FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATE and REFERENCES will have priority.

Expectations are but not limited to customer service and transaction up-sell, image and display, stocking and pricing, alertness with minimal and/or no distraction. Starting minimum wage.

Requirements before considered opportunity are as follows but not limited:

• Must be able to learn to operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) within 15 days.
• Handle and manage rapid cash flow, and be 100% accountable for company assets and property.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Ability to carry 30 pounds with proper technique
• Normal English verbal skill and basic math calculations
• Well groom appearance
• Punctual on time and punctual with money
• Ability to work in various temperature like coolers and outside temperatures
• Ability to remain calm and respond to a changing situation
• Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours a shift (rare situations can be up to two shifts)
• Validating a bill and an ID


Customer Service Transaction

All customers, staff, and officials are acknowledged with a greeting or respecting gesture promptly. Practicing suggestive sale is continual as well as ID checks for alcohol and tobacco sale automated. Sales are made quickly and efficiently to move traffic inside and outside gas fill-ups. Ensuring correct item price match the sale price within the company’s policy and procedures.

Image Display Appearance

When entering the vicinity there is a sense of organization, high pace procedures in stocking, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and shelves and racks are free of dust-buildup. Clean and sanitize all fast food and drinking equipment, all windows are free of fingerprints, equipment checks, and temperatures are operating or a sign that display otherwise. Our Core program prefers a 95% or higher team score where individual’s tasks are held accountable for point deductions.

Security
Robbery and theft deterrence is practice all the time. Reporting to the sheriff department for robbery, theft, or removal of any business hinderance. Follow company policy with regard to excessive cash. Be alert to shoplifting prevention procedures.
